The wool yarns used in the knots are dyed with madder, meaning natural materials. For example, to achieve red color, wool yarns are boiled with rose petals, and the yarn takes on the color of the rose petals; yarns dyed in this way are called madder-dyed yarns. Carpets made from madder-dyed yarns become brighter with use. Furthermore, this carpet is a top-quality carpet in terms of weaving density and is woven with a Turkish knot, also known as a double knot technique; thanks to this feature, it is more durable and has a longer lifespan compared to Persian carpets.
